Description

Check tweed cape, handmade in our home based atelier in the heart of Edinburgh. This cape is a one-off design.
Outside fabric is a gorgeous British tweed woven in Yorkshire, with black and light brown check pattern. The inner layer is made with a very soft to the touch black wool blend.
The cape is coming with a decorative and functional vintage pewter Scottish brooch from the 50’s. Ornated with a hand holding a sword, and the motto of the Erskine Scottish clan “Je pense plus”, translated as “I think more”. One size fits all, but it looks better on people being 5’1 and taller.
